2. Timeframes and Scheduling

Estimated delivery and service times are provided at the time of booking. These estimates are based on standard conditions and may be affected by:

• Traffic, weather, or road closures.
• Access restrictions at pick-up or delivery locations (stairs, lifts, parking limitations).
• Volume or complexity of items being moved.

While we make every effort to meet agreed timeframes, MoverX Solutions does not guarantee exact arrival or delivery times.

3. Packaging and Preparation

For the safety of your goods:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring items are securely packed unless professional packing services are booked.
• Fragile and high-value items must be clearly labelled and communicated to our team.
• Hazardous, illegal, or unsafe items are strictly prohibited from transport or storage.

Failure to meet these requirements may impact liability and eligibility for claims.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, clients must:

• Provide accurate access information in advance (including stairs, lifts, restricted parking, or loading dock requirements).
• Obtain any necessary permits for parking or building access.
• Ensure someone is present to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

If no authorised person is available, redelivery fees may apply.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

MoverX Solutions does not transport:

• Hazardous materials (flammables, chemicals, explosives).
• Illegal items or goods restricted under Australian law.
• Items deemed unsafe by our team.

Responsibility for valuables such as cash, jewellery, or personal documents remains with the client.

6. Liability and Insurance

While our team takes every precaution to protect your goods, accidents may occur.

• Claims must be lodged on the same day of delivery.
• Our liability is limited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and theAustralian Consumer Law (ACL).
• We strongly recommend that clients arrange appropriate insurance coverage for goods in transit or storage.

7. Storage Services

For clients using our storage solutions:

• Goods remain under the client’s ownership and responsibility at all times.
• Access to stored goods requires prior notice and confirmation.
• Additional fees may apply for packing materials or special handling.

8. Governing Law
